Pandemics in Ceramics – now on display at The Collection!

As part of PEARL’s activity for Being Human 2021, people across Lincolnshire commemorated their experience of COVID-19 by designing ceramic tiles in the style of those adorning church floors during the Black Death.

The beautiful finished products are now on display in The Collection!

Visit The Collection this summer to catch a glimpse of this culturally valuable work of commemoration done by members of the public, in collaboration with the University of Lincoln and Greenfield Pottery.

The tiles will be displayed in The Collection until October.
